Betsubara was inspired by Japanese cuisine and conceived in Amsterdam.
You know that feeling, when you eat until you just can’t anymore… but can still making room for something really tasty? 

In Japan they have a word for this: 'BETSUBARA', the literal translation for 'extra belly'. The “separate stomach” for your extra cravings when you actually have no room left.

Betsubara specialised in ramen served with delicious home-made broth and fresh toppings. We also served Japanese snacks and Japanese-inspired cocktails,
specialty sake, craft beers and more.
